Megan Cruz

Megan Cruz is a Research Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where she is focused on Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) initiatives pertaining to Native Americans. This includes managing personal finance and economic education programs for tribal nations and Native communities, increasing participation of Native-owned businesses in procurement opportunities, and building a Native talent pipeline for employment and internships across the Federal Reserve System. Prior to joining the Research Division, she assumed a variety of roles within the System, beginning in the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as part of the Bank’s rotational management program. She began her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, where she assisted tribes and their enterprises in raising financing for their economic development and reservation infrastructure projects. Megan is a citizen of the Osage Nation.
