Mike Kaiman

Senior Economic Education Specialist

Mike Kaiman is a senior economic education specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.  Prior to joining the St. Louis Fed in May 2023, he was a social studies educator for 20 years at Timberland High School in Wentzville, Missouri specializing in AP US History, AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics and Popular Culture in the 20th Century.  He proudly served on the St. Louis Fed’s Educator Advisory Board and was named the 2019 Educator of the Year for the Eighth Federal Reserve District. Mike develops and promotes educational materials that focus on increasing students’ economic and financial literacy, with a special interest in data literacy and primary document analysis.
