The Term "American Cheese" Is Intended To Cover Only Those Varieties Known As Twins, Flats, Daisies, Cheddars, Long Horns And Square Prints. It Does Not, Therefore, Include All Kinds Of Cheese Made In America. Data Have Also Been Checked For August 1915-1931 From The U.S.D.A.
