Data Refer To The Tax On Purchases And Sales For Cash And Credit Of Rents And Other Securities, Of Extensions And Transactions Abroad. The Index Was Corrected For An Increase In Rate Due To The Law Of December 31, 1907; So That It May Be Considered A Comparable Measure Throughout. Data Represent Monthly Totals.
