Getting the Most Out of Thumbnails in Adobe Acrobat
The thumbnails view in Adobe Acrobat provides shortcuts to many page-related actions, such as "Delete Pages," "Print Pages," and "Rotate Pages." These actions and others are accessible by right-clicking on any thumbnail in the view as shown below. Thumbnails also provide a quick-and-easy way to reorder pages.

Deleting, Printing and Rotating Pages
Selecting one of the actions from the pop-up menu will allow you to perform that action on the selected thumbnail. You can select multiple pages by holding Ctrl and clicking on each thumbnail or Shift+Click to select a range of pages. Then right-clicking and selecting delete pages will perform this action on all selected pages. Deleting, Printing, and Rotating will occur on the actual page in the PDF, not on just the thumbnails.
Reordering Pages
You can easily reorder pages by selecting a thumbnail and dragging to it's new location. Stop dragging when the bar appears between the two pages where you want the selected page to appear (as shown below). By holding Ctrl and clicking on each thumbnail or Shift+Click to select a range of pages you can move multiple pages at once.

Note: This has been tested in Adobe Acrobat 5. In Acrobat Reader the only action available is "Print Pages."
