Each year, right here at the St. Louis Fed, leading scholars from around the world come to discuss
the topics of the day, debate, explore new frontiers, and engage in informal exchanges that can lead to
the formulation of new ideas. Staff economists chair the conferences and choose the topics and presenters
to match the areas of interest of our staff.
