The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Review is a bimonthly journal of national and international economic developments,
particularly focusing on their monetary aspects. The Review is managed by the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank
of St. Louis, which is devoted to publishing quality research from its staff economists and visiting scholars, as well as the proceedings
of its annual policy conferences and other conferences sponsored by the Bank. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has published its
Review continuously since 1969.

Review Part II General Information
Review "Part II" is a series of supplementary issues of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Review, a bimonthly journal of economic research
published continuously since 1969. Unlike traditional Review issues, which include research only from staff economists and visiting scholars affiliated with the Federal Reserve
Bank of St. Louis, the Review "Part II" series will publish work from economists affiliated with the Federal Reserve Systemthat is, the Reserve Banks
and the Board of Governors. Manuscripts submitted to this series will move through a standard peer-review process, and all work accepted for publication will be selected
by an independent editorial board comprising economists affiliated with the Federal Reserve System.

The editorial board of Review "Part II" invites submissions from researchers at the Federal Reserve Banks and Board of Governors, as well as scholars associated
with those institutions. In the near future, we will use an online submission process. At this time, please submit PDFs of papers directly to the Editor-in-Chief, William Gavin: gavin@stls.frb.org.
