Foreign Investment in the United States—A Danger to Our Welfare and Sovereignty?
There has been bitter debate about U.S. investments abroad. From Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia came serious complaints that U.S. capital was taking over their industries and draining their economies of resources. Now, with an apparently significant increase in foreign investment in the United States, sounds of alarm are beginning to be heard from our own businessmen and politicians.
