Barnett and Ge Zhou. This readme document lists all the data files and describes what they are. The data sources are the Federal Reserve's national average Functional Cost Analysis (FCA), Survey of Current Business (SCB), Producer Prices and Price Indexes (PPPI), Federal Reserve Bulletin (FRB), and the CitiBank data base (CBDB). All the data are for banks with deposits from $50 million to $200 million.
