Notes: On October 27, 2008, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York began extending loans under the authority of section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act to Commercial Paper Funding Facility LLC. This LLC is a limited liability company formed to purchase three-month U.S. dollar-denominated commercial paper from eligible issuers and thereby foster liquidity in short-term funding markets and increase the availability of credit for businesses and households.
