the first data point is an intervention where 5 million USD were accumulated and 7.259 million DEM were sold in exchange. 
The foreign exchange rate can easily be computed by dividing the two figures.

on the details given on the previous and the next slip (the slips brought into play cover all SNB foreign exchange 
transactions, not only interventions).
